I’m Anna, a personal trainer here to make exercise something you actually look forward to!

Do you remember how shitty gym class was? Ever had a real garbagy experience at a gym? The goal of The Nourished Movement center is the exact opposite of that. Think energizing, inclusive, flexible and joyful not punishing, painful, and exclusionary.

Toxic Fitness culture (a term originated by Ilya Parker) has taught us that our worth is dictated by our size and hijacked our relationship to movement. It’s become an ineffective calories in calories out model that leads to injury, burnout, and shame ⬅️ that’s some bullshit, and I’m looking to change that.

At my studio I help people heal their relationship with their bodies and reclaim their joy in movement.

My practice is rooted in the principals of HAES (health at every size), Body Trust, Liberation, intuitive eating, self compassion, and social justice.
